Host your outing, meeting, or special event at Swan Creek. No event is too large or small; we have a tent available that can seat up to 180 people. Contact the golf shop for more information.

Dear outings coordinator,
Thank you for considering Swan Creek for your golf outing. We can accommodate both large and small groups. We've hosted bachelor parties, league outings, corporate groups and family reunions. Bring us an event and we will make sure it is a success.

Outing Regulations
All outings must sign and complete Swan Creek Golf Club's outing contract.
Individuals within the group or outing will not be allowed to bring their own food or beverages (including coolers) onto the golf course.
All outings must observe golf course rules.
Shotgun starts require 40 players or more.
Outing Guarantee
7 days prior to event, all outings must contact the golf course with an estimated number of golfers.
3 days prior to event, a list of golfers should be faxed or e-mailed to the golf course, with a guaranteed number of golfers.
If on the day of event the player count is less than the guaranteed number, the golf outing will be responsible for 90% of the number which was guaranteed.
